Possible Internships in China
The following fields of work are open for our participants that are ready to start an internship in China:
Internship in a Panda Camp
The internship as a keeper in the State Panda Research and Breeding Camp is in Sichuan province. The camp, where about 30 Pandas live, is located in a conservation area in the mountains around 1000 meters above sea level. Due to weather conditions an internship here is only available from late November to March.
Internship as a Teaching Assistant
Another opportunity available to you is as a teaching assistant in a language school in Beijing. You will be helping young students to learn English and therefore require an advanced level of English.
Internship as a Medical Assistant
The internship as a medical assistant is a place in two Chinese clinics in Beijing that specialise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Participants must already have some knowledge of TCM and an idea of the methods used in practicing this fascinating tradtion. You will be with a doctor on his rounds meaning you'll be bale to ask questions, see how its practiced and so become familiar with TCM!
