The Arrival

You will arrive in the capital city San José. You will be greeted by our colleagues in the airport where you will be brought directly to your new home for the next 4 weeks. You will live with a friendly and warm Costa Rican family and learn the life style of a Central American family. You eat and take a trip together. They offer you a clean and furnished room in a safe neighbourhood. As a new member of the family you will learn first hand all about Costa Rican culture and lifestyle.

Conditions to Participate

At least 16 years old
Entry Requirements: a passport which is valid for at least 6 months after the travel time, a stay up to 90 days does not require a visa (tourist visa will suffice)
Programme Start: 1st and 3rd Monday of every month
Sign Up: up to 1 month before departing is possible, however the earlier the better
Language Requirements: no requirements
Length:8 weeks, extension possible
