The Arrival

Our friendly staff will welcome you in the Guatemala City airport and bring you to a hostel where you will spend your first night in Guatemala.

You will be brought to the bus stop the next day where you will head to Xela. Your new host family, who was carefully chosen, and your new home is waiting for you!

Conditions to Participate

At least 18 years old

Entry Requirements: a passport which is valid for at least 6 months after the travel time, a stay up to 90 days does not require a visa (tourist visa will suffice)

Programme Start: depending on the chosen project but normally daily
Sign Up: up to 1 month before departing is possible, however the earlier the better
Language Requirements: no requirements
Length:8 weeks, extension possible
