Our Work + Travel Programme makes you ready for the jump:
Before you set off into the distance we’ll make sure you have all the important information that you need. We will support and advise you in any questions and uncertainties that you may have.
When you arrive in your chosen country you will have one of our renowned partner organisations caring for and helping you. As soon as you arrive they will help you orient yourself in the new country and help you find work.
With your visa you can stay there for 12 months, and if you want to and you have the funds, you can try to extend your work visa.
The Arrival
Upon arriving at the airport, you can expect our helpful colleagues to be waiting to assist you and bring you to your first hostel.
Everything will be prepared for you to help you have a smooth start.
During your first day you will have enough time to get your first look of the city and the people.
Local Orientation
Whoever travels with us has an Arrival Pack waiting for them in their respective country. In it you will find, among other things, a SIM – Card (Australia, New Zealand, Canada) for your German cell phone. That way you will always be able to reach your friends and family back home and you can ask about new job offers without any problems.
In the hostel you can socialise with the other travellers from different countries. Collectively you will all go to an Info Workshop on the first day which will prepare you for the coming time.
Here we will clarify all details concerning position offers, searches for lodging, applications for tax numbers, opening bank accounts, and also buying cars.
Our local colleagues will give you the newest Insider-Tips, to guarantee that you have a successful stay.
