| Sailing to the Crocodiles-Itinerary |

Day 1: Sydney – Surf Camp:
Today we will drive with our tour bus to our surf camp which is north of Sydney. We will spend the afternoon at the beach and then later we will have dinner at the Mojo Beach House.
Day 2: Surf Camp – Byron Bay:
After breakfast we will head to the beach where you can learn to surf. Then we will continue our trip to the Byron Bay Light House on the eastern point of Australia. |
Day 3: Byron Bay – Rainbow Beach:
We will continue our trip along the Gold Coast from Byron Bay to Brisbane. The next leg of our journey is going from Brisbane to Rainbow Beach. We have a couple of scheduled stops so we can stop and enjoy the fantastic views.
Day 4/5: Two day Fraser Island Tour:
The next two days we will explore Fraser Island with Jeep-Safari rides. Overnight stays will be in Rainbow Beach.
Day 6: Rainbow Beach – Kroombit Cattle Station (Cattle farm):
After breakfast a guide will teach us still more about Australian culture. After a couple of hours in Rainbow Beach we will start our tour to Kroombit Cattle farm. We will be treated to a traditional camp oven dinner.
Day 7: Kroombit Cattle Station:
Today we will learn a lot about the Australian farm life and even swing our legs over the back of a horse. We will finish the night out with a comfortable dinner around a camp fire.

Day 8: Kroombit – Carnarvon Gorge:
After breakfast we will drive to the interior of Carnarvon National Park. Carnarvon Gorge is a nature attraction with long hiking trails, old plants and cliffs, and Aborigine drawings. We will camp out overnight in the wilderness. |

Day 9: Carnarvon Gorge:
We will hike the whole day through the valley of Carnarvon Gorge. There we can discover unique flowers and plants and also learn about the natives of the region. We’ll be camping out again tonight.
Day 10: Carnarvon Gorge – Airlie Beach:
We will depart early this morning because of the long drive to the Mackay-Region. We will spend the night at Airlie Beach.
Day 11-13: Whitsunday Sailing:
We will go on a two day long yacht tour through the Whitsunday Islands and spend the nights in cabins on the boat. We will come back to land and start our trip to Townsville and then we'll go to Magnetic Island.
Day 14: Magnetic Island – Cairns:
Once back on the mainland we will visit the Johnstone River Crocodile Farm and experience and see the dreaded animals of Northern Australia, like the salt water crocodile. After a trip through the rain forest we will come to our final stop in Cairns.
